Delivery Times
Yorkshire Deliveries
Orders placed before 12 PM (noon) GMT will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped on the following working day, arriving the day after shipment.
Nationwide Deliveries
For the rest of the UK, delivery will take 3 – 5 working days.
Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends or bank holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

Remote Locations
Some areas are classified as “remote” by our couriers and may incur an additional delivery surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm the surcharge or offer the option to cancel your order without penalty.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK mainland.
Home Delivery
Our couriers will deliver your order to the roadside outside your home. They are not required to carry the products further, so please ensure you have made arrangements to receive your delivery upon arrival.
Installation Services
We do not offer installation services as part of your artificial grass purchase. However, we can provide a quotation for supply and installation services.
