Terms and Conditions
PayPal Protection - PayPal’s Buyer Protection programme entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any, when you don’t receive your item from a seller, or when you receive an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Consumer” refers to an individual as defined in Section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
1.2 “Customer” refers to any person purchasing Goods and Services from the Supplier.
1.3 “Goods” means the products specified in the Proposal.
1.4 “Proposal” refers to a statement of work, quotation, or similar document describing the Goods and Services provided by the Supplier.
1.5 “Services” means the services specified in the Proposal.
1.6 “Supplier” refers to K9 Grass
1.7 “Terms and Conditions” refers to this document and any special terms agreed upon in writing by the Supplier.
2. General
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the supply of Goods and Services and take precedence over any Customer communications.
2.2 Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by the Supplier.
2.3 These Terms do not affect the Customer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.
2.4 Product descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in specifications or color may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing changes.
3. Price & Payment
3.1 Payment must be made as specified in the Proposal.
3.2 Late payments exceeding 30 days will incur interest at 2.00% per month on outstanding amounts.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery times provided are estimates. The Supplier is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
4.2 Risk in the Goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
5. Title Retention
5.1 Ownership of Goods remains with the Supplier until full payment is received.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To facilitate the Supplier’s obligations, the Customer must:
- Cooperate with the Supplier.
- Provide necessary information upon request.
- Obtain required permissions, licenses, and consents.
7. Supplier Responsibilities
7.1 Goods will match the descriptions provided at the time of purchase.
7.2 Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
7.3 Tools and materials used will be maintained to a high standard and free from defects.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
8.1 Faulty or incorrect Goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
8.2 Custom-cut or made-to-order items can only be returned if faulty.
9. Liability
9.1 The Supplier’s liability for direct loss or damage is limited to the contract price.
9.2 The Supplier is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit or economic damages.
9.3 Delivery dates are estimates; the Supplier is not liable for delays.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or shortages of materials.
11. Severability
If any term is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be valid.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved in English courts.

K9 Grass uses specialized couriers to ensure safe delivery. UK mainland delivery times may vary, and additional costs apply for next-day or international delivery.
If you suspect damage to your goods upon arrival, sign the courier’s paperwork as “UNCHECKED” and contact us immediately.
Please notify us in advance of any access difficulties at the delivery location, as failed deliveries due to access issues may incur additional charges.
