Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the agreed delivery date for a full refund.

Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery will still be charged in full.

Returns Policy

If you purchase artificial grass or related accessories from K9 Grass, you have certain return rights under our Distance Sale policy:

1. Custom-Cut Grass:

   Any artificial grass cut to your specified measurements cannot be altered or canceled once cut (48 hours before delivery).

   If you need to change your measurements, contact our Trade Office before the 48-hour period begins. You will be charged for a new piece to be cut.

2. Returning Delivered Goods:

   Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

   Manufacturing faults (defects or discoloration)Incorrect product received Once artificial grass is delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep it in good condition. K9 Grass is not liable for any damage after delivery.

3. Return Requirements:

   The grass must be rolled back up and left in new, unused condition for inspection. If the grass is cut, used, or altered, we will not accept the return. Artificial grass accessories must also be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

4. Incorrect Goods Replacement:

   If you receive the wrong product, contact the Trade Office within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the incorrect goods to be picked up and replaced with the correct items.
